Join us for Mental Health Awareness Day — Saturday 17th May.
Come together with us to celebrate the launch of RCOVR and explore new ways to take care of your mental wellbeing.This year’s theme is Community — the very foundation BRIGADE was built on.
We’ll be hosting a variety of Run Clubs to suit all levels:
- 10K Run
- 5K Run
- Walk/Run Route for total beginners
You'll also be able to try out RCOVR’s brand-new wellness facilities with their taster offer of 15 minutes for just £5. Their facilities include:
- Infrared Saunas
- Ice Baths
- Steam Pods
- Compression boots
- And much more...
If you're keen to enhance your recovery in the wellness pods then make sure you bring your swimming kit and a towel - shower and changing facilities will be available!
We’re also excited to welcome Jo from Collective Psychology, who will be sharing insightful tips and tools for better mental health and we also welcome the Russet Runners a local running group in Marden.
There will be prizes up for grabs for the winners of our Erg challenge on the day which include;
- The BRIGADE 6 Week Challenge worth ÂŁ297
- One months paid membership if you're already a BRIGADE member!
- RCOVR membership to use their facilities
